Director of Sales Effectiveness & Customer Experience – CBLPath
Shelley has 25 years of combined experience with leadership, management, marketing, business development and laboratory sales. She was an original member of CBLPath’s industry leading sales force where she earned multiple Presidents’ Club Awards before her promotion to sales management. Shelley held positions as Regional Manager, Regional Sales Director and now Director of Sales Effectiveness & Customer Experience. Her specific expertise is held in leading, coaching and training sales representatives in laboratory diagnostic sales. She has been instrumental in the growth of CBLPath since its inception.
Prior to CBLPath she was Senior Sales Representative and Field Trainer with DIANON Systems, Inc. for three years. While there she received several sales awards including multiple Presidential Awards, Uropathology Sales Representative of the Year, Technical Sales Representative of the Year and Rookie of the Year.
Prior to her entering the medical industry, Shelley excelled in sales at Enron Energy Services as a lead territory manager and was ranked in the top 5 sales representatives in the country. She was recruited from college to enter a two year sales management training program with Commercial Credit Services. After successful completion she was awarded 1 of 2 positions in the corporate office. Shelley holds a B.S. in Business Administration, concentration in Finance, from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.
