With CBLPath since its inception, Mr. Krout has more than 30 years of combined leadership, logistics, laboratory sales and marketing experience.  He was an original member of CBLPath’s industry leading sales force where he earned multiple President’s Club Awards before accepting a role in the marketing department.  While in marketing, he served in positions of increasing responsibility within the department to include Product Manager, Director of Marketing and Vice President of Marketing. Following his time in marketing, Mr. Krout returned to the sales team as a Senior Account Executive where he again excelled, earning multiple Double Helix Awards. Prior to his arrival at CBLPath, Mr. Krout was a Senior Sales Representative and Field Trainer with DIANON Systems, Inc. (formerly, NASDAQ: DIAN) for 4 years. While there, he received several sales awards including multiple Presidential Awards, Hematopathology Sales Representative of the Year and Technical Sales Representative of the Year.  For the previous 6 years, Mr. Krout was employed by Schneider National Carriers where he managed their operations in Ottawa, Illinois and Laurinburg, North Carolina as General Manager of the $30 million dollar Libbey-Owens Ford Glass account and was recognized with Presidential Awards for Safety and Continuous Improvement.  From 1987 to 1993, he served on Active Duty as a Captain in the U.S. Army and was a recipient of the Bronze Star, the Meritorious Service Medal and numerous other commendations.  Mr. Krout holds a B.A. in Psychology from Shippensburg University.
