CBLPath bills Medicare and commercial insurance companies for services that we perform on patients' behalf at the request of their physicians. Our invoice is seperate from the physician's bill.
Each insurance carrier may send a patient an Explanation of Benefits (EOB). This is NOT a bill. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an inoivce that you receive from CBLPath or an EOB from your insurance carrier regarding our services, please call our toll-free Patient Helpline:
