David W. Bryant
President and Chief Commercial Officer A co-founder of CBLPath and an architect of the Best Practice™ Partnership Program, Mr. Bryant has more than 20 years of leadership and management experience. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he recruited and built CBLPath’s industry renowned Sales and Marketing organization. Mr. Bryant subsequently served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer during a period of strong, sustained growth and profitability. Prior to joining CBLPath, he was a Senior Regional Manager at DIANON Systems, Inc. (formerly, NASDAQ: DIAN), where he served in various positions in sales and management over his 10 years there, including National Sales Recruiter and Technical Sales Representative. During his tenure at DIANON, he was recognized as Regional Manager of the Year four times. Mr. Bryant served on Active Duty for six years and the Reserves for eight years in the United States Marine Corps. During Desert Storm, he was an Executive Officer of a Marine Infantry Company and served as Executive Officer of Troops on the USS Austin (LPD-4) for more than 600 embarked Sailors and Marines. He was awarded a Navy Commendation Medal for his performance. He resigned his commission as a Major in 2002. Mr. Bryant holds a B.S. in Economics with a Technical Option in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, N.C.

David Jahns
Managing Director, Galen Partners Mr. Jahns is a Managing Director of Galen Partners, a leading healthcare growth equity investment firm founded in 1990. With more than 20 years of experience in building healthcare companies, he is passionate about working collaboratively with quality management teams to create novel and innovative solutions that improve healthcare. With experience in more than 70 growth equity investments, Mr. Jahns has developed substantial expertise and leadership in working with entrepreneurs to build market-leading healthcare companies in the areas of: technology-enabled services, medical devices, medical robotics, diagnostics, consumer driven healthcare, telemedicine, clinical decision support, and health information technology and SAS solutions. The following are market-leading healthcare companies included in the Galen portfolio: CBLPath, Chamberlin Edmonds, Eduneering, Encore Medical, InTouch Health, MedAssets, MiniMed, Ocular Sciences, Pyxis, Stericycle, Unisyn Medical Technologies and USHIFU. Prior to joining Galen in 1993, Mr. Jahns was an investment banker and financial advisor to healthcare companies. He worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Smith Barney, Inc. in New York, specializing in public offerings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as public debt financings. As an investment banker and venture capitalist, Mr. Jahns has worked on more than 20 initial public offerings, including 11 Galen portfolio companies’ IPOs. Additionally, he has extensive M&A experience including 19 portfolio companies’ sales to financial and strategic buyers. Mr. Jahns has served on numerous public company Boards of Directors and currently serves several of the following Galen portfolio companies: CBL Pathology, Dakim Brain Fitness, Unisyn Medical Technologies, PeriGen, InTouch Health, and US HIFU. He is an adjunct professor at the Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, where he is a guest lecturer on private equity and venture capital case studies. He is a frequent speaker at various healthcare industry conferences on healthcare market trends and the healthcare technology-enabled outsourcing industry. He also serves on several non-profit Boards of Directors for various community and philanthropic corporations. Mr. Jahns earned an M.B.A. from the Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, where he specialized in Health Services Management. He earned his B.A. in political science and economics from Colgate University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

David G. McGinnis
Senior Vice President of Billing and Managed Care A co-founder of CBLPath, Mr. McGinnis has 15 years of managed care and government contracting experience. Previously, he was the Director of Contracting with DIANON Systems, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: DIAN), where he was responsible for negotiating, implementing and maintaining all of the company's contracts nationwide. During his tenure there, DIANON’s contracts expanded from 50 to 650 with subsequent revenue growth from $5 million to $95 million. Prior to that, Mr. McGinnis spent five years with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Connecticut. There, he managed the team responsible for developing and administering alternate reimbursement methodologies for ancillary network providers across HMO, POS and PPO product lines. Mr. McGinnis holds an M.B.A. with a Health Systems Management Specialization and a B.S. in Medical Cytogenetic Technology from the University of Connecticut.

Christopher F. Metz
Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer A co-founder of CBLPath, Mr. Metz was the Executive Director of National Accounts at DIANON Systems, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: DIAN), a leading anatomic pathology laboratory company, where he served in a variety of sales and corporate account positions from 1989 until 2003. Mr. Metz was an integral member of the team that developed DIANON’s Anatomic Pathology strategy. In addition, he was responsible for DIANON’s breakthrough contracts with Oxford Health Plans and Aetna, Inc. from 1998 through 2003. Prior to joining DIANON, he was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Metz holds a B.A. in History from Cornell University.

Carlos D. Urmacher, M.D., FASCP
Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer A co-founder of CBLPath via the CBL acquisition, Dr. Urmacher is certified by the American Board of Pathology in Surgical Pathology and Dermatopathology. He is a member of several professional societies including the International Society of Dermatopathology and U.S. and Canadian Academies of Pathology, and is a fellow of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. Dr. Urmacher has served as a member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the New York Pathological Society, member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the World Health Organization and as a member of the editorial boards of The American Journal of Surgical Pathology and The American Journal of Dermatopathology. Prior to joining CBL in 2000 as Co-Director and Chief of Surgical Pathology, he served as the Attending Pathologist at North Shore University Hospital – NYU School of Medicine in Manhasset, New York, and at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center for 13 years. Dr. Urmacher is a frequent lecturer and has authored more than 70 articles and six medical textbook chapters. Dr. Urmacher graduated with an M.D. degree from the Central University of Venezuela and served his residencies in Pathology at Mount Sinai Hospital and his fellowships at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and New York University Hospital.
