Kim M. Sullivan Joins CBLPath as Director of Human Resources

RYE BROOK, N.Y. — Kim M. Sullivan is the new Director of Human Resources (HR) for CBLPath, a leading anatomic pathology and molecular diagnostics laboratory. She brings a strong background of HR management to the company, with experience in healthcare, global marketing and financial services.

In her new role, Ms. Sullivan is responsible for planning, directing and carrying out all phases of Human Resources activity for CBLPath, which has a current employee count of more than 400, a number that will continue to rise as the company executes its strategic plan.

Before joining CBLPath, Ms. Sullivan served in various capacities at GE Capital in Danbury, Conn. During her 11 years there, she held a variety of Human Resources Manager positions where she led and supported human resources strategy for numerous corporate functions. In addition, she also served as Global Compensation Manger for GE Commercial Equipment Financing. Her many accomplishments at GE focused in the areas of organizational effectiveness, performance management and global compensation planning.

Additional positions held by Ms. Sullivan include Global Compensation Manager for ACNielsen Corporation and Senior Administrator, Executive Compensation for The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. She also served in Compensation and Human Resources Generalist roles for Englewood Hospital and Peekskill Community Hospital.

Ms. Sullivan holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Iona College and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from Marist College. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and WorldatWork.
